CFO Advisors has offices in Wisconsin covering clients in the Chicago, Milwaukee/ Madison and Minneapolis Metropolitan areas and in Southern New Hampshire just north of Boston, Massachusetts providing consulting services to most of the domestic United States. We provide Financial & Business solutions to a wide range of clients and industries with a focus on the manufacturing, transportation and technology sectors including companies in the high-growth or restructuring phase.

Together, we have over 40 years of global business experience, holding high-level positions in multi-billion dollar public companies and pre-public, private companies. We are CPA’s with extensive experience working with venture capital and angel-financed companies. We have authored business plans, designed business models, hired and developed staff, implemented ERP/CRM systems, instituted policies and procedures, raised equity and debt, negotiated contracts and ensured that our companies comply with all statutory and regulatory filings and laws.

Our services are targeted at the various stages of a company’s life cycle. We work closely with venture capitalists to assist in the start-up of new companies.
