Jeffrey S. Basile
Over Twenty-five years of executive experience in finance, IT, human resources, management, and administration, with both public and private companies specializing in the technology and telecommunications sectors.
Mr. Basile developed, implemented and managed several companys' finance, facilities, human resource, and information technology functions. In these roles, Mr. Basile has several accomplishments, some are listed below:
- Participated in private company equity issuances with an aggregate capitalization of over $300M
- Led his team to IPO readiness as the senior financial person in the company.
- Established treasury policies and processes for cash management.
- Hands-on global management of subsidiaries in all continents.
- Expert in software revenue recognition
- Ground-level leadership as the executive sponsor of several end-to-end Oracle implementations.

Mr. Basile is a Certified Public Accountant with Senior Auditor experience (Coopers & Lybrand), and holds a Bachelors degree in Accounting from Marquette University
Richard S. Wunsch
Over Twenty-five years of experience in finance, management, and administration, with public and private companies specializing in the banking, manufacturing, transportation and service industries.
Since 2000, Mr. Wunsch has been providing contract CFO services in interim and permanent, part-time capacities as well as growing a local tax, payroll and accounting services company.
Mr. Wunsch has proven successes leading and directing mergers and acquisitions, managing company start-ups and operations, and improving ROI through close process, asset and supply-chain management. As President of a transportation company, Mr. Wunsch reorganized a company from decreasing shareholder value to a profitable business entity within one year.
While Vice President of multi-business holding company, Mr. Wunsch was responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans and fiscal budgets that encompassed banking institutions, industrial manufacturers, major equipment dealerships and insurance agencies and held directorships with several of those entities.
Mr. Wunsch has extensive experience in analysis and evaluation of business operations for possible acquisition as well as years of experience reviewing and refining corporate controllership processes in a myriad of businesses. Having developed and implemented intricate cost accounting processes, innovative growth programs, and productive employee recruiting / hiring / training policies and procedures, Mr. Wunsch is also well-versed in human resource metrics and performance measurement.
Mr. Wunsch is a Certified Public Accountant formerly with the tax section of Deloitte and Touche and holds a Masters of Science in Management from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee along with a Bachelors degree in Accounting from Marquette University. He is a member of the AICPA and the WICPA.
Stuart Glazer
Over twenty-five years leadership experience focusing on process improvement and technology integration to solve critical business issues. Stuart emphasizes the importance of forging business process improvement and information access while enabling technology change, always mindful of the impact these changes have on the people and organization.
Stuart specializes in leveraging packaged software to meet critical business needs and has implemented Oracle, PeopleSoft, Lawson, Microsoft and other well known ERP products in a variety of industry sectors including: high tech, media and entertainment, professional services, healthcare, telecommunications, financial services, manufacturing and consumer products.
Prior to his current focus, Stuart was a Partner for PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) consulting practice, where he focused the organization on client partnering, getting to know the business, working with the users to understand their issues, then working with the IT department to solve the critical problems. Over the years Stuart has built processes and controls around his clients’ customer, financial, cost and revenue management systems, ensuring separation of duties, proper approvals are authorized prior to sales discounts to prospects, cash related transactions are duly reviewed and authorized before processing, ensuring all controls are clearly documented, etc. to help clients reduce risk, improve revenue, manage cost and meet audit standards.
Throughout his career, Stuart has worked closely with his clients’ senior executives, setting a vision for their implementation project teams by defining solutions, project scope, success criteria, budgets and setting up project management offices to ensure effective project communications for successful implementations.
Mr. Glazer has a Bachelors of Science in Economics, Finance and Accounting from The Wharton School at The University of Pennsylvania
