Cindy Moorhead has over twenty-five years of experience in accounting, finance and credit management with both large and small organizations. The majority of Ms. Moorhead’s experience has been with manufacturing and service companies in various industries. Her primary areas of expertise include working with financially troubled companies, cost accounting, management information systems, financial modeling, budgeting and forecasting, and cash flow management. She also has extensive experience in credit management.

Ms. Moorhead’s most recent assignments have been with small to mid-sized companies including an assignment in which she was instrumental in the turnaround of a company that was losing money and experiencing critical cash flow shortages. In addition, she has worked with companies to secure bank financing, implement accounting controls, budgeting processes, credit and collection policies and product costing systems.

Ms. Moorhead has also held positions of wholesaler financial analysis manager, internal auditor and credit manager at various companies.

Ms. Moorhead holds a B.A. in Business Administration and Accounting and is a Certified Public Accountant.
