Richard S. Wunsch has over twenty years of experience in finance, management, and administration, with public and private companies specializing in the banking, manufacturing, transportation and service industries.

Mr. Wunsch has proven successes leading and directing mergers and acquisitions, managing company start-ups and operations, and improving ROI through close process, asset and supply chain management. As President of Hiawatha Transport Ltd., Mr. Wunsch reorganized a company from decreasing shareholder value to a profitable business entity within one year.

While Vice President of Enders Management, Inc., Mr. Wunsch was responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans and fiscal budgets for a multiple business holding company that encompassed banking institutions, industrial manufacturers, major equipment dealerships and insurance agencies and held directorships with several of those entities.

Mr. Wunsch has extensive experience in analysis and evaluation of business operations for possible acquisition as well as years of experience reviewing and refining corporate controllership processes in a myriad of businesses. Having developed and implemented intricate cost accounting processes, innovative growth programs, and productive employee recruiting / hiring / training policies and procedures, Mr. Wunsch is also well-versed in human resource metrics and performance measurement.

Since 2000, Mr. Wunsch has been providing contract CFO services in interim and permanent, part-time capacities. Mr. Wunsch is a Certified Public Accountant formerly with the tax section of Deloitte and Touche and holds a Masters of Science in Management from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee along with a Bachelors degree in Accounting from Marquette University. He is a member of the AICPA and the WICPA .
