Richard S. Wunsch, CPA has over forty years of experience in finance, management, and administration, with public and private companies specializing in the banking, manufacturing, transportation and service industries. He has been engaged several times in multiple jurisdictions as an expert witness in various business and financial legal proceedings including business valuation services.
Since 2000, Mr. Wunsch has been providing contract CFO services in interim and permanent, part-time capacities through the partnership of Wunsch, Basile and Glazer LLC, (D/B/A CFO- Advisors.com) as well as growing Coulee Business Services, Inc., a tax, payroll and accounting services company.
Mr. Wunsch has served as a Board Member of Fidelity Bancorp, Community State Bank of Prentice, WI and Fidelity Insurance Agencies, Inc. and Trustee of various wealth-management trusts.
While Vice President of Enders Management, Inc., from 1988-1998, Mr. Wunsch was responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans and fiscal budgets for a multiple business holding company that encompassed banking institutions, industrial manufacturers, major equipment dealerships and insurance agencies and held directorships with several of those entities.
In addition to his background as an expert in business taxation, Mr. Wunsch has extensive experience in analysis and evaluation of business operations for possible acquisition as well as years of experience reviewing and refining corporate controllership processes in a myriad of businesses. Mr. Wunsch is also well-versed in human resource metrics and performance measurement.
Mr. Wunsch is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in the State of Wisconsin and was formerly with the tax section of Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu Limited. He holds a Masters of Science Degree in Taxation from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee along with a Bachelors degree in Accounting from Marquette University. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Wisconsin Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Rick is an active CPA and holds a BS in Accounting from Marquette University and a MS in Taxation from the University of Wisconsin. He began his career while still at Marquette, working in the controller and audit areas of Chase Bank in Milwaukee. After five years with the Tax Section of Deloitte and Touche, he accepted a position as Vice President of Enders Management, Inc., a multi-business holding company. He has held executive leadership roles in various industries and completed the AICPA curriculum to qualify as a business valuation specialist. Rick is recognized as a tax and business valuation expert in several legal jurisdictions.
